While my love for weightlifting and CrossFit is still in the early stages, I fell hard and fast. I found The Factory Strength and Conditioning in December of 2017. I remember walking into the garage with no weightlifting or CrossFit experience and being scared to death. I was quickly welcomed and taken under the wings of those around me and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve fallen for the community and social environment, the push I receive from those around me and then me pushing myself past my comfort level, doing things I never thought I’d be able to do, then repeating over and over and over again.
In September of 2018, Aaron asked me if I’d be interested in coaching. Absolutely! Why wouldn’t I want to help those around me?!
